Introduction
Salam And Hello to all our fellow Readers

Last Week, we made Black Pepper Mushroom for the filling, this week we covered 2 ofo ur main Ingredients plus an extra filling that our chef decided to let us experiment it out, the ingredient was Crab Meat. So long story short lets move on into our second and third Proposal !

Objectives 

Making Stuffed Squid delicious and edible to the customer through various experiments and test

Our Group Task for Current Proposal

First of all we decided to start off our proposal with the Stuffed Squids. We made 3 types of menu and they we're Stuffed Squid with Black Pepper Mushroom Stuffing, Fruit and Vegetables Stuffing and Cheese stuffing. We cooked the stuffed squids with various method ranging from Deep Fried, Bake to Steaming.

For this week, We add in extra contents into our fillings like crab meat and prawns!

After Finishing making all 4 of our filling, we head off by
baking and deep frying our stuffed squid into the pot.
But of course we filled our squids with the fillings first before
we breaded them or covered it with Popiah wraping
and deep fried them. After we finished deep fried them
